First of all, the chairs are nice looking.Unfortunately, one came with a crack on the ladder back. Both of the seats are the cheapest ugliest wood.There are termite holes in both of them,knots and discoloration.The assembly came without glue which you need to purchase separately.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
