I wanted something "older" looking to remind me of the buffet my great aunt had. This one fits that description perfectly. I am disappointed just a little bit by the drawers. They are not on a roller system and don't go in and out real smoothly. Other than that I am thrilled with my new buffet that will hold my mom's china.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
